Product Success Manager - Health tech

We are now looking for a Product Success Manager to join our Professional Services team and help shape how our platform is delivered to our customers.

As a Product Success Manager, you'll work closely with other PSMs, Customer Success Managers, software engineers, Product Managers, the Commercial team, and Customer Support, sitting at the intersection of product, technology, and customer delivery. We operate with a high level of trust and clear ownership in an environment where every voice is heard, and contributions truly matter.
Your role
You'll be at the heart of how Platform24 reaches healthcare. Representing our product and technical capabilities to private and public healthcare organizations in Sweden and across other European geographies, you'll lead the implementation and adaptation of our platform to meet each customer's needs.
This is a hands-on role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Leading implementation projects from sign to post-deployment, acting as the main point of contact for the customer and coordinating internal and external work to deliver on agreed plans.
Designing and configuring customer solutions to deliver maximum value and meet customer needs and goals, including writing business rules in the configuration layer of our product.
Visualizing and communicating customer solutions to a large variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders .
Providing second-line support for configuration-related issues.
Monitoring platform usage during the initial rollout phase and proactively taking action to ensure success and high usage.
Continuously improving best practices and tools for future implementations.
You'll develop quickly and learn about our product, organization, and customers.
Who you are

Proven experience leading software implementation projects, ideally in a SaaS environment, from pre-sales through post-deployment.
Technical curiosity and acumen. You're comfortable diving into the inner workings of a product, configuring solutions hands-on, and translating tech to non-tech stakeholders.
Strong project management skills. You can drive progress across multiple workstreams while navigating expectations from many different stakeholders.
A collaborative, goal-oriented mindset. You take ownership, get things done, and care more about what the team achieves than your individual performance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You're analytical, structured, and can negotiate buy-in for your agenda.
A genuine passion for healthcare and a drive to improve its efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
A relevant university degree (e.g. Healthcare, Business, Engineering, Technology, or related).
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
