Product Manager, Health tech
Join us
At Platform24, physicians, engineers, and designers work side by side to build software that makes healthcare safer, more accessible, and more efficient — for both clinicians and patients. Our platform covers the full patient journey: from digital access and automated triage, through virtual consultations and structured care plans, to integrations with existing health record systems. We're the Nordic market leader and are actively expanding internationally, with customers ranging from large regional health authorities to specialist clinics and insurance companies.
Your role
As a Product Manager, you'll take responsibility for one of our product areas — shaping it from ideation through launch and beyond. Your product area is part of a modular platform, which means your decisions need to work not just in isolation but as part of the broader patient and clinician experience. You'll report to the CPO.
What makes product management at Platform24 different from a typical SaaS role is the context. Your users are clinicians and patients. Your buyers are often public healthcare organisations with procurement processes and tender requirements and our product operates under quality certifications. The people you work with every day include not just engineers and designers, but physicians and other clinical professionals who understand the domain deeply. All of this shapes how you prioritise, how you validate, and how you communicate.
What you'll do
Define strategy for your product area. You'll set the vision, maintain the roadmap, and prioritize based on a mix of market trends, customer needs, clinical input, and business goals, ensuring your area stays aligned with the broader platform direction.
Work directly with customers. You'll attend customer meetings, contribute to tender processes and sales pitches, and build a firsthand understanding of how your product is used. Our customers range from large regional health systems to specialist clinics and insurers, each with different needs and workflows.
Keep quality high after launch. You'll monitor your product's performance in production, gather and analyze feedback, and work with engineering and support to address issues and improve over time. In a healthcare context, post-launch quality isn't optional — it's where trust is built or lost.
Use data to find what matters. You'll define and track KPIs, identify usage and feedback patterns, and use data to guide both day-to-day decisions and longer-term priorities.
Coordinate across teams. You'll work across engineering, design, commercial, and compliance to keep delivery moving and ensure your product meets regulatory and quality standards. As a PM, you hold the mandate to approve functionality for release within your area.
How we work
Our teams have clear end-to-end ownership and a high level of trust. You'll collaborate daily with engineers, designers, clinicians, and commercial colleagues, moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as the day requires.
We operate under quality certifications such as MDR and ISO 13485, which means quality and process discipline are part of how we build. If you've worked in medtech or regulated SaaS before, you'll feel at home. If you haven't, you'll learn quickly — we'll support you.
What you need
A Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fields.
Full professional fluency in both English and Swedish.
Solid product management experience with at least 5 years in product management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-focused company. You've taken complex, customer-facing products from idea through launch and continued to improve them afterward.
Experience working across functions. You're comfortable collaborating with engineering, commercial, and compliance teams — and you understand that good product work requires all of them.
Communication and stakeholder skills. You can explain complex product and technical topics clearly, manage expectations across different audiences, and translate what you hear from customers into concrete product decisions.
A data-informed approach. You use data to make decisions, measure progress, and spot opportunities — not just to report on what already happened.
Nice to have
Experience from healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated product environments.
Familiarity with medical device regulation (MDR), tender-driven sales processes, or public sector healthcare customers is particularly relevant. We also value experience with software development processes and KPI frameworks for product teams.
What we offer
Impact at scale You'll shape products used daily by healthcare regions, specialist clinics, and insurance companies across multiple countries — products that directly affect how patients access care and how clinicians experience their workday.
