Technical Solutions & Product Success Manager - Healthtech (NL)

Your Role
As a Technical Solutions & Product success manager at Platform24's Amsterdam office, you will have a vital role working dynamically with our commercial expansion and customer onboarding. You will sit right in the middle of everything that happens with our customers. You will work highly independently as part of a small local team, while collaborating closely with the tech sales and Professional Services in Stockholm. The role requires close day-to-day collaboration with the Country Sales Manager and Stockholm-based teams, while owning and driving your own work end-to-end.
While your daily tasks will naturally shift depending on the customer cycle, your overall focus will generally be distributed as follows:
Solution consulting (50%): Secure the technical win and define project scope. You will partner with the Country Sales Manager and Account Directors to uncover customer challenges, deliver impactful product demos, translate requirements into concrete Statements of Work (SOW), and drive the technical components of RFP/RFI responses.
Product Success (50%): Deliver and implement the solution and drive user adoption. You will manage implementation projects, investigate user needs and match them with a solution that creates value, write business rules in the configuration layer to meet defined requirements, and manage and collaborate with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Product influencer: Represent our Dutch customers by sharing local insights with Product and Engineering to guide our product roadmap.
Who You Are
You are a goal-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-trust environment. You can shift gears rapidly between selling a vision and executing intricate technical problem-solving.
To succeed, you bring:
5+ years of experience in a technical role within the Healthcare sector.
Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and managing technical software implementations.
You thrive in new and changing situations, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are motivated to solve problems.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose operational challenges, analyze user and customer needs, and design logical, scalable solutions using our platform.
Excellent problem-solving, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business ROI.
Strong ability to work independently, set your own priorities, and drive end-to-end workstreams.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
