Tech Sales - Health tech

We are seeking a driven Tech Sales representative to help shape the future of healthcare by contributing to the commercial efforts of Platform24, with a particular focus on the Netherlands. You will join a small, fast-paced team, playing a pivotal role in accelerating Platform24’s growth and ensuring our solutions benefit as many patients and clinicians as possible. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, designing solutions, and delivering impactful solution demonstrations. It involves supporting RFI/RFP responses, driving the technical side of the sales process, creating Statement of Works and estimating the required efforts and/or driving the signing off with the relevant stakeholders. You do that while staying informed on industry trends as well as the latest developments within Platform24. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams is key to influencing roadmaps and ensuring customer satisfaction. Routine interaction with implementation is advised for configuration, customer and project knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
● Technical Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Account Directors and (prospective) customers to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
● Solution Design & Workshops: Lead solution design workshops with customers, guiding them through best practices and technical feasibility to co-create/recommend the best solution configuration.
● Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase the value of our products, addressing technical and business stakeholders effectively.
● Tender/RFI/RFP Support: Contribute to technical responses for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
● Effort and cost scoping/estimation to implement the required solution.
● Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to position yourself as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide feedback from the field, influence product roadmaps, and ensure customer satisfaction. Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure the relevant sales and demo materials.
● Sales Enablement: Mentor sales team members on technical aspects of the solution and best practices for positioning the product in complex sales cycles, including creating standardised material (e.g. Tech Sales playbook).
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in Tech sales, Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering,
- Product Success Manager or related technical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose challenges, design solutions, and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate technical features into business benefits and ROI for diverse audiences.
- Domain (healthcare) expertise, knowledge of industry-specific trends and complexities. Ideally for the Netherlands. Sweden and Denmark are a plus.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Team and/or project management experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Swedish and Danish are a plus
- Strong understanding of Platform24 products, configuration, and integration options is a plus.
