Join us At Platform24 you will build software for automation of national medical triage, remote patient monitoring and surgical planning, solving real-world healthcare challenges at scale for both doctors and patients.

How we work
Our success is rooted in collaborative teams that own their domain. You’ll work closely with a mix of medical doctors, frontend and backend engineers, interaction designers, a product lead, and an engineering manager. We operate with a high level of trust and clear end-to-end ownership — from UI to backend services and DevOps — in an environment where every voice is heard, and contributions have a real impact on clinicians' and patients' lives.

Your role
You’ll be at the heart of healthcare innovation, actively designing, building, and deploying new features. Beyond writing code, you’ll contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices. A key part of the role is working closely with customers and end users and communicating complex technical topics clearly and thoughtfully.

Our tech stack:

• Primarily Java 21, but also a mix of TS and Python

• Primarily Spring Boot, but also a mix of Quarkus and Micronaut

• Mix of Hibernate / JPA and JOOQ SQL

• We run private cloud Kubernetes clusters for public healthcare customers and AWS & Azure for private ones.

• Microservices Architecture with high team autonomy

• Generous tiers for AI tooling of your choice: Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, etc
