Joining our Professional Services team as a Product Success Manager means you'll be part of a team responsible for leading the implementation and adaptation of our platform according to our customers' needs. Your mission is to represent our product and technical capabilities to customers across Europe, such as private and public healthcare organizations. The role operates as an individual contributor and as part of smaller teams.
This is a hands-on role where your wide range of tasks will include setting up implementation plans, creating communication material, visualizing customer solutions, writing business rules in the configuration layer of our product, coordinating multiple stakeholders, leading strategic discussions, and much more. In this role, you are in the middle of everything that happens with our customers. You will develop quickly and learn about our product, organization, and customers at high speed. Based on a deep understanding of our products and customer needs, you will match customer requirements with the right mix of product functionality, configurations, and consulting services. You will collaborate closely with other PSMs, Platform Architects, the Commercial team, and Product Managers to implement new designs when needed for our customers' success. The delivery of customer solutions will be yours to manage and secure a timely and successful platform implementation.

- Communication skills. You're in the driver's seat for your customer segment or customers, and you will need to articulate how we can help them succeed with our products and services. You must be great at listening, communicating, and negotiating to get buy-in for your agenda.
- Problem-solving skills. You're analytical and used to analyzing quantitative data and making data-driven decisions.
- Language proficiency. Professional proficiency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is needed.
- Relevant education. A relevant university degree or equivalent.
