We are now seeking a Demand Generation Manager who wants to educate a niche, high-value customer segment of healthcare organizations of Platform24s value.
Your Mission
The marketing team's work is crucial for Platform24's success in our markets. From brand awareness and marketing positioning to business growth, our software aims to have a positive impact on as many patients and healthcare systems as possible. In the role of Demand Generation Manager, you'll deliver marketing efforts and campaigns that educate and engage our target audience. You'll also play a key role in continuously optimizing and developing our marketing strategies through new insights, ensuring we remain agile and cement our position in our markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver on strong, integrated marketing efforts using a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and webinars to drive positioning, brand awareness, and new business opportunities.
- Deliver on Platform24's marketing in all different areas such as copywriting, marketing operations, SEO, paid ads, and project management.
- Create high-quality and engaging content for our target audience, including reference cases, blog posts, webinars, LinkedIn posts, and more.
- Closely partner with other marketing team members, as well as sales, customer success, product teams, and relevant teams at Platform24, and external parties.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration between marketing, internal teams, and external partners.
- Develop and manage content strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
Who Are We Looking For?

- Self drive- you can break down goals and targets into actions, and deliver on them.
- Experience of creating presentations, we use Google slides, and perhaps you're also comfortable with Illustrator or After Effects.
- Experience of HubSpot or similar CRM-tool.
- International mindset, we are present in multiple markets
- Understanding of B2B sales process, preferably within healthcare or a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams.
- An eye for content and graphics.
- We believe you have at least 3 years of experience in similar or relevant roles

BSc or MSc degree in marketing, business, medical, engineering or
similar - Strong language skills, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
Location
This role is based in our Stockholm office, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days per week in the office. This provides an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative environment.
