What you will do
As the Country Director for the Netherlands, you will lead a regional team of four team members and be the driving force behind Platform24's commercial operations in the Dutch market. The role includes shifting between hands-on and strategic work, and you should not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves. Your primary goal will be to establish a fast-growing business and a strong market position, focusing on hospitals, private clinic chains, health insurance companies, and regional digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Sales and Revenue: Build on existing client relationships and develop new ones.

• Lead and Represent: Be the “front person”, thought leader, and ambassador for Platform24 in the Netherlands.
• Strategic Vision: Own the strategic vision for the Dutch market and develop the country's sales and business plan.
• Operational Oversight: Manage budgeting, ensure compliance with local regulations, and engage external consultants as needed.
• Team Engagement: Create an effective balance between local ownership and group synergies, and inspire your team.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Dutch and Swedish team, and other internal stakeholders to drive success.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel (~2 days per month)
• Business Degree, MSc level (finance, economics, business studies), medical doctor, MBA, Engineering, or similar
• At least 5 years of experience at the crossroads of health, tech, and business with commercial responsibility
• At least 5 years of experience in business and people leadership
• Language: Fluency in Dutch and English is required, German, Swedish, Danish, and/or Norwegian is a bonus
