Now, we are looking for a Product Success Manager and the fourth member of the Amsterdam team who wants to shape how tomorrow's healthcare looks.
Joining our Professional Services team as a Product Success Manager means you'll be part of a team responsible for leading the implementation and adaptation of our platform according to our customer's needs. Your mission is to represent our product and technical capabilities to customers across the Netherlands and Europe, such as private and public healthcare organizations. The role operates as an individual contributor and as part of smaller teams.
Based on a deep understanding of our products and customer needs, you will match customer requirements with the right mix of products, configurations, and consulting services. You will collaborate closely with Platform Architects and Product Managers to implement new designs when needed for our customers' success. The delivery of customer solutions will be yours to project manage, e.g., creating implementation plans, configuring customizations in the solution, and coordinating stakeholders to secure a timely and successful platform implementation.

We believe you have:
- A goal-oriented mindset. Taking responsibility for your work and being comfortable acting in an environment with lots of unknowns
- Tech knowledge. You are used to translating tech to non-tech people and can guide discussions to keep within the scope of technical- and product limitations.
- Tech interest. You are eager to understand the internal workings of our platform to be able to do alternations of its functionality through different configurations.
- Drive. We are out to revolutionize the healthcare system, so we keep a high pace. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you are quick to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done.
- Passion for healthcare. You are interested in improving its efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
- Communication skills. You're in the driver's seat for your customer segment or customers, and you will need to articulate how we can help them succeed with our products and services. You must be excellent at listening, communicating, and negotiating to get buy-in for your agenda.
- Problem-solving skills. You're analytical and used to analyzing quantitative data and making data-driven decisions.
- Language. Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken, is needed. Knowledge of German, French, Swedish, or Danish is favorable.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent.

This role is based in our Amsterdam office.
