Now, we are looking for a customer support agent who wants to be part of shaping how tomorrow's healthcare looks.
Joining our customer support team as a customer support agent means you'll be part of helping our customers understand and use our platform, as well as troubleshooting and reporting any issues they might encounter. By helping our customers, you will be helping patients get the best possible care through Platform24!
We believe you have:
Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate technical terms into something easy to understand for anyone. You can filter what information is interesting and relevant to someone from an outside perspective, and you have the patience to explain and guide someone who might not be used to working with the software. You have an interest in technology and love learning new things.
For this role, you need to be confident communicating in English and Swedish, both through writing and speech. We believe you have previous experience working in customer support or other roles where external communication is key. It is appreciated if you have an education related to communication, technology, or healthcare.
We also believe that you are passionate about transforming and improving healthcare!
This position is located in our Stockholm office
