That you will have an essential role in one of the most interesting health-tech companies where you will have a significant impact and be part of shaping what tomorrow's healthcare looks like.
What you'll do:
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and overseeing all administrative and operational tasks. You will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, setting up the new office, and acting as a cultural champion for our company values and brand. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day operations, office communication channels, HR support, and administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Delegate tasks from the CEO through a power of attorney, including managing bank-related activities, payroll, and contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Set up the new office and promote our company values and brand. - Manage the day-to-day operations, including reception, mail, supplies, and facilities, ensuring a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle invoices, maintain accurate records of office expenses, and manage the office budget effectively.
- Organize and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the office, aligning activities with our Swedish office.
- Manage office communication channels and ensure effective internal communication.
- Support HR and recruitment activities, including managing candidate interviews, tracking employee records, and assisting with onboarding.
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks such as report generation, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate payroll, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with Romanian laws in collaboration with relevant suppliers and external parties.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in general or project management.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with G-suite and Slack.
- Fluent in both Romanian and English.
