The Professional Services team's mission is to support our customers in getting the maximum value out of our product by designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs. The Professional Services team projects span across our whole platform, owning solutions from architecture to implementation.

As a Test Lead and Quality Assurance Engineer in the Professional Services team, you will be a key player in a cross-functional team, working on our most important projects, and assuring the quality in the delivery of our healthcare platform to customers.


To succeed in the role you need the following skills:

• Project Management skills - You will manage the test workstream in large implementation projects, meaning that you take lead on planning and coordinating activities related to requirement analysis, test documentation and acceptance testing.
• Technical understanding and QA experience - We are a small team and we also expect you to be able to take on other types of QA tasks such as setting up and running test plans for customer solutions
• Independent drive and ability to work efficiently in a team - You will be working on several projects simultaneously, and you daily utilize your ability to prioritize and manage your own time. As a member of a team you need to cooperate with others to get access to the information you need and keep others updated on your work.
• Good communications skills - You will have daily interactions with customers and internal stakeholders and you will be responsible for making sure our written test documentation meets customer requirements. This means you need to be able to communicate in a correct and efficient manner both orally and in writing.
  

We believe you have the following formal experience:

• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Experience as Test Lead on large implementations.
• + 3 years as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience with Java, SQL, Javascript, and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in Swedish and English. It's great if you speak Dutch, German, Danish, or Norwegian as well, but it's not a requirement.
• It's advantageous if you have previous experience with Test-Automation
